2. When your customer places an order, you place an order to your suppliers. Assembly will take few more hours.

3. All of this can be pipelined aka done in parallel if you have multiple orders.

From your point of view, you’re not maintaining inventory and thus you have minimal capital requirements. From the customer point of view, they receive the delivery within a day.
